Jared, Simon, and Mallory Grace move with their mother into an old Victorian house. As soon as they move in, they begin to hear strange sounds in the walls. They find out their problems are being caused by a fairy known as a boggart that is angry because they destroyed his house. Simon creates another house for him and he becomes their friend.
